Two airports work
Memphis is the default: more flights, better fares, and an easier drive. Little Rock is a fine second if the schedule suits you better.
The most flights and the most competitive fares of anything within reach of the start, and a straightforward hour up the road to Jonesboro.
Worth it if the schedule or the fare is clearly better. Budget two and a half hours to Jonesboro rather than one.

That is handled, and it is free.
At either end of the route for the duration of the event, including the Helena / Storm Creek lot for Half-Graveler riders.
Riders returning to Jonesboro or Helena / Storm Creek select the complimentary return transportation add-on during registration.
Charter buses run back to Jonesboro and Helena / Storm Creek on the morning of Sunday 11 October.
A truck carries bikes back to Jonesboro and Helena / Storm Creek alongside the buses.
Second bikes cannot be transported. Plan around it if you were thinking of bringing a spare.
If you are not taking the shuttle back, make sure everything you need is on the luggage trucks before the event begins.

Do not book
a flight home
on Saturday.
You finish in Arkansas City on Saturday 10 October and the finale is that evening. Camping is available at the Desha County Courthouse that night, breakfast is served at 8:00 AM on Sunday, and the buses leave after that.
Give yourself Sunday afternoon or evening out of Memphis at the earliest. Monday if you would rather not watch a clock on the bus.
